Well, here it is at 3am EST and my heart is breaking.

I've been trying for what seems an eternity to reach the one family member who I hoped would not keep his back turned on us. Well, not in so many words, I was told to stay out of his life.

This hurts me to my core. I cannot tell the kids this because they think he is the best. I do not want to damage that image for them. They love him and it is going to stay that way. They are not old enough to understand that type of rejection.

This will be my last posting due to the fact that he now thinks that I am stalking him. I will be removing this website from my bookmarks so I won't be tempted to access it in a feeble attempt to contact him again.

I don't know what he had been told or what he believes but it isn't the truth, of which he also told me he isn't interested in.
